| Working Hours | 08:20-17:00 M-F 243 Scheduled Workdays in the year and 122 days off. |
| Salary | In 2024, the first year trainee’s salary is JPY250,000 (Bachelor)/ JPY277,000 (MA) per month (following payments are automatically deducted from the gross salary: health insurance, pension and income tax). |
| Bonuses | Annual Company Bonuses are paid in December and June. Amount varies depending on corporate performance but have been around 1.5x the monthly salary in recent years. |
| Accommodations | Arrangements for living accommodations are made, with the apartment fee estimated approximately JPY 20,000-25,000/monthly. |
| Health Insurance | Company Health insurance covers a specified range of medical/dental expenses. Trainees are usually charged only around 30% of the cost for treatment and medications. |
| Return Flights for second year-end holiday | ALPS ALPINE will pay for a round-trip discount economy air-ticket to the candidates’ home countries for a holiday during the second year. |
